Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals For Children In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Raba Wyżna: Municipal Kindergarten In Raba Wyżna - Raba Wyżna 29 And Kindergarten Departments In The Raba Wyżna 120 Building, In The Period From January 2, 2027 To December 31, 2027. The Part Also Includes The Use Of Kitchen Rooms On The Terms Specified In The Opz And Designed Provisions Of The Lease Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7.1 To The Swz, And The Terms Of The Lease - Annex No. 10.1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At A Level Not Lower Than 65% Of The Maximum Gross Nominal Value Of The Relevant Part Of The Order, Calculated In Total For The Entire Implementation Period. The Guarantee Does Not Imply A Minimum Number Of Particular Types Of Meals Per Day Or Month. Planned Breaks In The Operation Of Facilities, Holidays, Holidays And Days Off Were Included In The Estimated Number Of Implementation Days. Reducing The Number Of Ordered Meals To The Indicated Level Does Not Require Changing The Contract And Does Not Give Rise To A Claim For Payment For Meals Not Delivered.
