The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Threshing Of Corn For Grain In Fields With A Sowing Area Of ​​154.65 Ha Located In The Town Of Witaszyce In The Jarocin Commune (Wielkopolska Voivodeship).2.The Subject Of This Order Also Includes An Accompanying Service In The Form Of Transport Of The Obtained Grain From The Threshing Plant To The Collection Fields Of Cars (Basins Weighing 24-25 Tons) Subject To The Ordering Partys Provision (Directly Next To The Road), Subject To The Provisions Of Section 8 Below. 3. In Addition To The Provision Of The Services Referred To In Sections 1 And 2 Above, The Contractors Obligations (Undertaken At Its Expense And Risk) Related To Them Proper Implementation Also Includes: 1) Performing All Threshing Services Referred To In Section 1 Above (For The Entire Period Of Their Implementation) With The Use Of A Combine Harvester With The Minimum Requirements Specified In § 3 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Template Agreement;2) Performance Of The Specified In Section 2 Above The Transport Of Grain Obtained From Threshing Using A Tractor With A Reloading Trailer, With The Minimum Requirements Specified For Them In § 3 Section 1 Point 2) Of The Contract Template;3) Provision Of Fuel For Agricultural Equipment Referred To In Points 1) And 2) Above;4) Selection, Assignment Of Services Constituting The Subject Of This Order And Maintaining, Throughout The Entire Period Of This Implementation, Appropriate Persons (Executive Staff) Necessary For Their Proper Performance, With A Minimum Of An Operator To Operate The Combine Harvester Referred To In Point 1) Above And An Operator To Operate (Including Driving) The Tractor With A Trailer Transshipment Referred To In Point 2) Above [I.E. Equipment Required Pursuant To § 3 Section 1 Point 1) And 2) Of The Model Agreement] - Having Appropriate Qualifications To Operate The Indicated Agricultural Equipment (Respectively: Combine Harvester/Tractor With A Reloading Trailer); 5) Providing The Executive Staff With Appropriate Clothes And Personal Protective Equipment In Accordance With The Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations; 6) Other Benefits Accompanying The Performance Of The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order, Indicated In The Contract Template.4.Details Of The Benefits Included In Section 1 - 3 Above, The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Other Conditions Of Their Implementation Contain The Provisions Of The Model Agreement.
