Tenders are invited for Supply of Paper Products. Tender Fee: QR 500 Tender Bond: 5% of total bid value Tender documents may be obtained from The Diplomatic Club Contracts & Procurement Department upon presentation of authorization letter, valid commercial registration, computer card, trade license certificate, tax card, and payment of nonrefundable tender fee (cash, debit, or credit card). Tender Bond: 5% of total bid value, valid for 90 days from closing date. Performance Bond: 10% of contract value, valid for 30 days after contract completion. Advance payment guarantee required if bidders terms include advance payment. Offers valid for 90 days from closing date. Club reserves right to increase/decrease quantity by 20% and award in full or partially. Club is not bound to accept lowest or any tender.
