The Construction Work Includes The Pre-Construction Work Of The Sigurd Frosterius Park In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Builder Is The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Departments Public Areas Service, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Work According To The Contract Documents Must Be Completed And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies Must Be Held With Approval 31.3.2028.Interim Goal: Dredging And Filling Work In The Area Completed By 30.4.2027.The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. From The Contract Limit Appendix. The Quantities Shown In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Terms Of Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Customers/Builders Written Consent Must Be Obtained.
