Submission Requirements Interested bidders are required to submit fully completed documents no later than October 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM to the provided email provided in the contact details compliance with the below requirements: Local consultant firms: Proposal budget plan in USD currency should be net and subject to the value added tax (VAT 10%) in accordance with Cambodian Tax Law Tentative schedules Update CV of expert Scanned Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Tax Certification, and Sample Tax Invoice Individual Appraisers: Proposal budget plan in USD currency should be in gross and inclusive of withholding Tax (WHT15%). The withheld amount will be paid to the tax authority by Live & Learn to comply with all the given requirements.
