Natural Gas – Combined Gas Supply For Social Insurance Buildings. The Subject Of This Order Is The Procurement Of A Combined Supply Of Natural Gas To The Procurement Points (Om) Of The Public Contracting Authority In Quality And Conditions In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution Network Operator (Pds) And The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: • Commodity Supply: Natural Gas In The Expected Volume Of 12,230,040 Mwh; • Responsibility For The Deviation: The Economic Entity Takes Full Responsibility For The Deviation According To Government Regulation No. 269/2022 Coll. And Operating Procedure Of The Deviation Accountant; • Distribution And Transport: Ensuring Access To The Distribution System And The Transport Network, Including The Payment Of All Related Fees To Third Parties (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order In The Appropriate Grammatical Form). The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In More Detail In Chapters B.1.1 To B.1.3 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents.
