The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On The Layout Of The Territory, The Requirements Of The Employer And The Provisions Of The Approved Investment Projects As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Article 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code.
