By Test Set, The Contracting Authority Means The Test, Other Reagents And The Necessary Additional Auxiliary Materials Required For The Examination Of A Blood Sample. The Other Reagents And Additional Auxiliary Materials Required Are The Following (In Some Cases They May Be Part Of The Test Kit): • Pcr Components Suitable For The Simultaneous Amplification Of 11 Hla Loci, • Reagents Suitable For Fluorimetric Control Of The Quantity And/Or Quality Of The Amplified Product, • Reagents Suitable For Cleaning The Amplified Product, • Components Required For Analysis On The Minion Device, • Flow Cell, In A Quantity That Can Be Used To Measure 2,500 Samples With An Average Of 12 Samples Simultaneously, • The Washing Kit That Stops The Reaction Is Required For The Next Use Of The Flow Cell. B.)
