The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Regulation Of The Procedure For Concluding Partial Purchase Contracts (Hereinafter Referred To As Purchase Contracts Or Individually Purchase Contracts) (I) For The Production And Supply Of Up To 10 Units Of Multi-Source Units Powered By Fixed Traction Devices Of 3Kv Dc/25Kv Ac Systems With Additional Technology Specified By The Manufacturer Required For Driving Outside Catenary Lines (Except For Hydrogen Propulsion) Fully Suitable For Operation On Railway Lines Gauge 1,435 Mm In The Territory Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The Units Or Separately The Unit), Including All Permits, Approvals, Consents And Registrations (Registration In The Text Of This Procurement Documentation Means All Registrations Having A Character Similar To Permits, Approvals Or Consents), Which According To Legislation Are Valid On The Date Of Handover Of The Relevant Unit To The Contracting Authority And Are Necessary For The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Units And Which Enable The Contracting Authority To Properly And Without Restrictions Operate And Use The Units In The Territory Of The Czech Republic And Further Including Technical Documentation Belonging To The Relevant Units To The Extent Specified In The Framework Agreement; And/Or (Ii) Contracts For Repairs And Maintenance Of The Delivered Units In The Form Of Full-Service (Hereinafter Referred To As The Full-Service Agreement).
