Purpose And Target Of The Procurement The Purpose Of The Procurement Is The Joint Development And Implementation Of A Game-Based Simulation Or Xr-Based Learning Solution For Secondary Vocational Education In The Tourism Industry. The Solution Must Also Be Suitable For University Of Applied Sciences Teaching. The Procurement Is Carried Out As Part Of The Immersive Learning Ecosystem Immo Project Co-Financed By The European Union In Cooperation With Haaga-Helia University Of Applied Sciences, The City Of Helsinki And Laurea University Of Applied Sciences. The Goal Is To Produce An Experiential And Working-Life-Oriented Learning Experience Suitable For The Immersive Room Space Of The Immo Project, Which Allows Students To Practice Knowledge, Skills And Situations Related To The Parts Of The Tourism Degree And The Competence Needs Of Working Life. The Solution Can Be Related To One Or More Areas Of Expertise In The Tourism Industry. The Tenderer Is Not Required To Have Ready-Made Learning Content Or A Ready-Made Xr Solution In The Bidding Phase, But The Final Content Of The Solution, Learning Goals And Use Cases Are Specified In Joint Development. 2. Delivery Content The Procurement Includes The Entire Development Process From Planning And Conceptualization To Final Implementation. The Delivery Includes At Least: - Requirement And Content Workshops As Well As Conceptualization And Script; - Three Co-Development Workshops; - Building Learning And Demonstration Materials; - Implementation Of Development Versions And Iterative Development; - User Testing In Immo Mode And Utilization Of Feedback; - Finalizing The Solution And Measures Related To Implementation; - Handing Over Source Code, Editable Source Files, Documentation And Other Agreed Materials; And - Final Reporting And Preparation For Open Publication. Tourism Students, Teachers, Company Representatives And Project Experts Participate In The Joint Development. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Development And Test Environment He Needs. Contractual Obligations Are Performed In The Eu/Eea Area. The Supplier Has The Right To Carry Out The Design, Content Production, Development, Programming, Documentation And Other Implementation Work Of The Solution, Regardless Of Space, In A Location Of Its Choice That Is Appropriate And Suitable For Working With Information Security. Working In The Customers Premises Is Required Only To The Extent That Separately Agreed Meetings, Testing, Approval Procedures Or The Use Of The Immo Projects Immersive Room Space Require It.
