The Assignment Consists Of Delivering The Following Daily Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee Break And Dinner For The Maximum Capacity Of 61 Residents Of The Residential Care Center. Breakfast And Dinner Are Bread Meals, Where Residents Can Choose From A Wide Range Of Savory And Sweet Toppings And Different Types Of Bread (White And Brown). On Sundays This Range Is Expanded With Fantasy Bread (Sugar And Rose Bread). The Evening Meal Also Includes An Individual And Separately Pre-Packed Dessert (Such As Yoghurt, Pudding Or An Equivalent Alternative). The Lunch Consists Of Soup, Main Course And Dessert (Fresh Fruit, Pastries, Pudding, Ice Cream, Etc.). This Meal Is Produced Externally And Fresh, Then Cooled, Sealed And Delivered In Finished Form, In Bulk Packaging Of Up To 10 Portions, In Containers Suitable For Regeneration. A Festive Menu May Be Proposed On Public Holidays. The Coffee Break Is Facilitated With An Individual And Individually Pre-Packed Quality Biscuit, With A Weekly Changing Range Provided. The Wzc Itself Takes Care Of The Storage, Regeneration, Distribution And Consumption Of The Delivered Meals. Details: - Once A Week, The Bread Meal Is Supplemented In The Evening With A Hot Or Cold Full Meal, Without Soup. - Four Times A Year, The Lunch Is Replaced By A Themed Meal, E.G. Mussels, Game, Asparagus, Etc. - Each Resident Also Receives An Annual Birthday Breakfast. - A Varied And Ready-To-Use Range Of Finger Food Is Provided In Limited Quantities. In Addition To The Full Daily Meal Provision, This Government Contract Also Includes Other Kitchen Activities: • Beverages (With The Express Exception Of Coffee): For Both The Three Departments And The Cafeteria. • Merchandise For The Cafeteria: Dry Food, Snacks, Refreshments And Specific Retail Products. • Non-Food Attributes: Aids For Meal Care, Hygienic Consumables (Pads, Napkins, Etc.)
