Approval To Be Taken In Line With Latest Rules And Regulations Of Assam State Pollution Control Board And Bylaws As Applicable. Any Incidental Expenses In This Regards Shall Be Borne By Party. Preparation & Submission Of Drawings, Plot Plan, Site Plan, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&Ids), Pollution Control Systems Layout And Cross Sectional Elevations Of All Facilities, Including Submission Of Forms To The Authority (Online/Offline) Etc. As Per Prevalent Environmental Acts, Rules And Requirements. Approval Of All Plans/Drawing As Mentioned From Pcba Authorities. Job To Be Done As Per Scope Of Tender, Gcc, Gpc, Spc And Special Terms And Conditions Of This Tender. All Incidental Expenses Shall Be Borne By The Successful Bidder.
