The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Construction Of The Reconstruction Of The Field Road Hc5-R In The Cadastral Territory Of Skalice U Znojmo (An Element Of The Plan Of Common Facilities On The Plot Of Land No. 5773 In The C.Ú. Of Skalice U Znojmo) And The Securing Of A Decision On The Permission Of The Project (With The Indication Of The Legal Authority Clause). The Length Of The Road Is 1,841 M And The Width At The Crown Is 5 M With An Asphalt Concrete Surface. It Includes The Reconstruction Of Culverts P37, P4 To P8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Determination Of The Scope Of The Required Services, Is Provided In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation As Annex No. 2) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Draft Contract).
