Construction Works For Power Plants And Heating Plants – Creation Of A Solar Thermal Power Plant Connected To The Heating Network Of The Commune Of The Régie Communale De Montdidier. The Contract Which Will Be Concluded At The End Of This Procedure Includes In Particular: • The Design And Execution Studies, And Where Applicable, The Supply Of All The Elements Necessary For The Authorizations, Declarations, Opinions, Studies Or Administrative Procedures Required Under The Regulations Applicable To The Project; The Building Permit Relating To The Operation Was Filed By The Régie. In The Event That The Holder Identifies, For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Project, The Need To Use All Or Part Of The Land Register Plot No. 009, A Modification Of The Building Permit Must Be Initiated In Order To Integrate This Plot Into The Scope Of The Project. The Holder Must Inform The Régie In Advance And Send It All The Elements Necessary For The Establishment And Filing Of This Modification. • The Services Necessary For The Construction Of The Solar Thermal Power Plant, Its Associated Works And Equipment, The Hydraulic And Thermal Storage Unit, The Solar Hydraulic Station, The Necessary Hydraulic, Electrical, Control-Command And Supervision Connections; • The Operations Of Development, Commissioning, Observation, Technical Commissioning And Testing Of The Installations, With A View To Verifying That The Guaranteed Performances Have Been Achieved And The Acceptance Of The Works; • Support For The Handling Of The Installations By The Project Owner, The Designated Operator Or Any Third Party Mandated By Him, Without This Contract Entrusting The Holder With An Operation Or Maintenance Mission After Receipt, Excluding Contractual Guarantees Expressly Provided For.
