The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization And Construction Of A Retention Reservoir At The Water Intake In Waćmierek, Including The Expansion Of The Technological System Of The Water Treatment Plant On Registered Plots No. 315/27 And 315/28, Swarożyn District, Commune. Tczew. The Investment Is Aimed At Raising The Standard Of Operation Of The Water Treatment Plant By Increasing The Reliability Of The Water Supply System, Improving The Quality Of Treated Water And Ensuring Appropriate Conditions For The Retention Of Drinking Water, Meeting The Current Needs Of Recipients. The Scope Of The Study Includes, Among Others: Design Of: - An Underground Retention Tank For Treated Water With A Usable Capacity Of Approx. 150 M3, - A Second Stage Pump Station, - Underground Pipelines Connecting The Designed Facilities With The Existing Infrastructure, - A Control And Automation System. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Excludes The Scope Of The Modernization Of The Existing Water Supply Network On The Section: Suw - Deep Wells, Specified In Part Vi Point 1 Of Technical Conditions No. 135/2026 Of April 29, 2026, Regarding Registration Plots No. 315/35, 315/36 And 315/37, District 0018 Swarożyn, Commune. Tczew. The Remaining Scope Of The Investment, Resulting From The Procedure Documentation, Remains Unchanged And Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 135/2026 Of April 29, 2026 Issued By Gtkom Sp. Z O. O., Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.• For The Plots Included In The Scope Of The Investment, I.E. 315/27 And 315/28, No Local Development Plan Has Been Adopted.• The Area Covered By The Construction Plan Is The Property Of The Tczew Commune.• Before Starting Design Work, A Site Visit Should Be Carried Out With The User Of The Water Intake Facility, I.E. Gtkom Sp. Z O. O. In Tczew, In Order To Prepare Its Inventory For Design Purposes.• The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party On The Proposed Technical, Technological And Material Solutions.• The Project Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Polish Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Ordering Partys Guidelines.• The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Declaration On The Preparation Or Lack Of Preparation Of A Technical Design By The Designer And The Checking Designer.• The Ordering Party Has A Current Decision Granting A Water Permit For Abstraction. Groundwater, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. • The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Introduce Any Changes To The Applicable Water Permit.
