Part I – Provision Of Psychological Services1.The Services In This Part Are Intended In Particular To Fulfill The Tasks Of The Organizer Of Family Foster Care Specified In Art. 76 Section 4 Of The Act, Including Providing Psychological Tests To Candidates And Foster Families, Conducting Counseling And Therapy, As Well As Diagnostic And Consulting Activities.2.The Scope Of Psychological Services Includes: A.Conducting Psychological Tests And Preparing Opinions For Candidates For Foster Families - 60 Opinions; B.Conducting Psychological Tests And Preparing Opinions For Functioning Foster Families - 105 Opinions; C.Providing Counseling And Therapy For People Providing Foster Care And Children Placed In Foster Care - 140 Hours; D.Conducting And Preparing Psychophysical Diagnoses Of Children Placed In Foster Care - 90 Diagnoses; E.Participation In Teams Assessing The Situation Of Children Placed In Family Foster Care - 806 Meetings.3.When Planning The Scope, The Ordering Party Assumes That Opinions Regarding Functioning Foster Families May Be Performed In The Number Of Approximately 36 In 2027, 34 In 2028 And 35 In 2029. The Ordering Party May Change The Distribution Of Services Between Periods, While Maintaining The Total Scope Resulting From The Contract.4.In The Case Of The Participation Of A Psychologist In Teams, The Ordering Party Envisages Approximately 296 Meetings In 2027, 265 Meetings In 2028 And 245 Meetings In 2029, I.E. A Total Of 806 Meetings. The Numbers In Individual Years Are Of A Planning Nature And May Change.5.The Psychological Opinion Should Be Prepared In Writing, Legible, Comprehensive And Adequate To The Purpose Of The Examination And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Professional Standards.6.The Childs Psychophysical Diagnosis Takes Into Account: The Childs Strengths And Needs In Terms Of Care, Development, Emotional And Social; The Causes Of The Crisis In The Family And The Impact Of This Crisis On The Childs Development; The Childs Relationships With His Immediate Environment And People Important To The Child; Child Development. The Diagnosis Includes, Appropriate To The Childs Age, Development And Experience, Recommendations Regarding: Further Work With The Child; Therapeutic Program; Working With The Childs Family; Work Preparing The Child For Placement In A Foster Family Or A Family Childrens Home; Preparing The Child To Become Independent.7.Counseling And Therapy Will Be Conducted Individually Or - If The Nature Of The Support Requires It - In An Appropriate Family Formula, In Accordance With The Needs Of People Managed By The Ordering Party.8.Participation In Teams Includes Getting Acquainted With The Information Necessary To Participate In The Meeting, Active Participation In The Teams Work And Submitting Conclusions And Recommendations To The Extent Appropriate For The Psychologist.
