1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Ready-To-Eat Preventive Meals, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Regeneration Meals Or Meals, Intended For Authorized Employees Of Tesko Tatrzańska Komunalna Grupa Kapitałowa Sp. Z O. O. 1.2.Meals Will Be Ordered Successively, In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Resulting In Particular From The Number Of Employees Entitled To Receive A Preventive Meal On A Given Day And The Organization And Distribution Of Their Working Time.1.3.Places Of Order Fulfillment1.3.1. Meals Will Be Delivered To The Following Locations Of The Ordering Party: A) Ul. Szymony 17A, 34-500 Zakopane,B) Ul. Wojdyły 25 (Olcza), 34-500 Zakopane.C) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Collect Some Of The Meals Directly At The Contractors Catering Point Located In The City Of Zakopane. 1.4.The Gross Unit Price Of One Preventive Meal Offered By The Contractor Includes All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Order, In Particular The Cost Of Food Products, Preparation And Processing Of Products, Packaging Of The Meal, Provision Of Disposable Cutlery, Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Activities Related To Serving Meals And All Other Costs And Charges Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 1.5.Meals Intended For Transport Should Be Placed In Packaging That Ensures The Proper Quality, Safety And Temperature Of The Meal Until It Is Delivered To The Employee.1.6.Characteristics Of The Preventive Meal1.6.1.The Preventive Meal Should Be Served In The Form Of One Hot Dish.1.6.2.For The Purposes Of This Order, One Hot Dish Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A Full-Fledged Hot Main Course (Second Course) Meeting The Energy And Nutritional Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 28, 1996 On Preventive Meals And Drinks (Journal Of Laws No. 60, Item 279, As Amended).1.6.3.The Meal Should Contain Approximately: A) 50-55% Carbohydrates, B) 30-35% Fats, C) 15% Proteins, D) And Have A Caloric Value Of Approximately 1,000 Kcal.1.6.4.Meals Should Be Prepared From Products Fit For Consumption, Meeting The Requirements Of Food Law And Having A Current Expiration Date, If Such A Date Is Required For A Given Product.1.6.5.The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Proper Health Quality Of Food At All Stages Within Its Responsibility, Including Preparation, Packaging And Transport Of Meals.1.7.Minimum And Maximum Number Of Meals: 1.7.1.The Total Number Of Meals Ordered By The Ordering Party Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period Will Be Within The Following Range:A) Minimum Guaranteed Number Of Meals - 5,000 Pieces;B) Maximum Number Of Meals - 9,000 Pieces.1.7.2.The Ordering Party Guarantees To Order At Least 5,000 Meals Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.1.7.3.The Actual Number Of Meals Ordered In Particular Days, Weeks And Months Will Depend
