Sandomierska / Wikaryjska, With Connection In Front Of The Chamber On The Plot With Registration Number 2/6, Along Sandomierska Street Until Connection With Pvc - Wo110 In Lubrzanka Street (At The Height Of The Property Of Building No. 36, Plot With Registration Number 157/1), - Surges Of The Pvc Water Supply 110Mm In Ul. Warzywna,  Overvoltages Of All Developed Properties Along The Route, I.E. Connections Lubrzanka 18 (Division 111/1) And Lubrzanka 24 (Division 139) Should Be Made With The Necessary Modification Of The Internal Installation And Connection To This Installation, F) Liquidation Of The Decommissioned Water Supply G) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Design Agreement Tt/20220/0614 Tt-U/Amg Of March 27, 2020: In Connection With The Implementation Distribution Water Pipeline Using The Directional Drilling Method At The Intersection Of Sandomierska And Wikaryjska Streets In Close Proximity To The Existing Sanitary Sewage And Storm Sewage Networks, These Channels Should Be Subjected To A Technical Inspection With A Tv Camera Before And After The Investment, In Consultation With The Department Of The Sewerage Network And Sewage Pumping Station. The Report On The Tv Inspection Of The Above-Mentioned Channels Should Be Attached To The Acceptance Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order
