The Actuation Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Contract Is Allowed From The Beginning Of 2027, If The Parties Have Not Agreed In Writing Otherwise. If Possible And Necessary, The Contract May Be Concluded And The Execution Of Works/Ordering Of Services May Begin Before The Expected Start Time Of The Validity Of The Contract Published In The General Data On The Procurement.
