The Scope Of This Tender Broadly Includes The Provision Of Accounting Services For Hz University Of Applied Sciences. The Services Focus On Both The Certifying And Signaling Functions Of The Accountant (See List Of Definitions) And Also Include The Natural Advisory Function Associated With The Performance Of The Accountants Work. The Following, Not Exhaustively Listed, Activities To Be Carried Out Fall Within The Scope Of The Assignment: 1. The Audit Of The Annual Accounts Of The Hz University Of Applied Sciences Foundation, Including The Audit Of The Top Income Standards Act (Wnt); O Products To Be Delivered: Providing Audit Reports, Audit Reports, Management Letters And Other Reports Resulting From The Audit Work. 2. The Audit Of The Funding Data; O Products To Be Delivered: Assurance Report 3. Providing Solicited And Unsolicited Advice Within The Framework Of The Natural Advisory Function. +- 95,000 Euros Per Year Excluding Vat And Excluding Optional Services. Optional Services Amount To A Maximum Of €40,000 Per Year. There Is No Purchase Obligation For This.
