The Tasks The Instrument Must Perform Include: I) Transfer Of Dna Template, As Well As The Addition Of Master Mixes And Primers Ii) Purification Of Pcr Products (E.G. Magnetic Beads) Iii) Automated (Hands-Off) Quantification Of Dna Iv) Individual Normalization Of Libraries Based On Dna Concentration V) Merging Of Libraries Planned Throughput Is 20,000-30,000 Samples Per Year In A Sample Flow That Would Normally Take Place In 4 X 96-Well Plates With A Reaction Volume Of 5-20 Ul. In The Future, We Envision That 384-Well Plates Will Become Part Of The Sample Flow. As The Instrument Is To Be Used Post-Pcr, It Is Important That The Instrument Design Allows For Effective Cleaning And Thorough Decontamination. We Are Looking For A Fast Instrument With High Capacity, Pipetting Precision And Accuracy - Even At Low Reaction Volumes.
