The Regional Board Of The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Region (Pohde) Has Decided On December 2, 2025 On The Spatial Arrangements Of The Artificial Joint Center Of Oulu University Hospital (§288). The Implementation Of The Renovation Works Is Planned To Be Completed By The Fall Of 2027. This Purchase Is Part Of The Space Arrangements For The Artificial Joint Center. The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Is Approximately 1,500,000 Euros. The Detailed Information Of The Procurement Is Presented In The Documents Attached To The Tender Request. The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Client) Requests Tenders For The Construction Contract Of The Hvac Contract For The Space Arrangements Of The Artificial Joint Center Of The Oulu University Hospital, In Accordance With This Tender Request And Other Tender Materials. This Is The Procurement Of Construction Contracts Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With The Procurement Act (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016). The Form Of The Contract Is A Subcontract, Where The Contractor For The Construction Technical Works Of The Hvac Contract Works As A Subordinate Subcontractor/Subcontractor Under The Customers Work Management. The Customer Is Independently Responsible For The Main Contract For Space Arrangements And Other Subcontracts Subordinated To The Main Contract, And The Hvac Contract In Question Is The Only Subcontract/Subcontract That Is Procured Through A Separate Tender. In The Calculation Of The Expected Value Of The Procurement Of The Hvac Contract, It Has Thus Been Possible To Take Into Account Only And Only The Expected Value Of The Hvac Contract In Question. The Form Of Contract Is Subcontracting, Where The Welfare Region Of Pohjois Pohjanmaa Acts As The Main Contractor. The Main Contractor Concludes Contract Contracts For Separate Contract Entities With Different Contractors And Performs Part Of The Work By The Welfare Region Of Northern Poznań And Part Of The Work By Framework Agreement Partners.
