This Rfp Is An Invitation By Iwk Health To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Inspection, Testing And Maintenance Of Fire Suppression Systems At Iwk Main Campus The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is To Solicit Qualified Contractors To Provide Comprehensive Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Repair, And Emergency Services For Fire Sprinkler/Suppression Systems. The Selected Contractor Will Ensure All Sprinkler Systems Are Maintained In Accordance With Applicable Codes, Standards, And Regulatory Requirements To Support The Safety, Reliability, And Operational Readiness Of The Facilities. The Scope Of Work Includes Scheduled Inspections And Testing, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Repairs, Deficiency Reporting, Emergency Response Services, Documentation Of All Completed Work, And Recommendations For System Improvements Or Replacements As Required. Contractors Must Demonstrate Relevant Experience, Qualified Personnel, Appropriate Certifications, And The Ability To Provide Timely And Cost-Effective Service While Maintaining Compliance With All Applicable Fire Protection Standards.
