Detailed Scope Of Works, Workmanship Quality Standard And Properties Of Construction Products Are Presented In Simplified Design Documentation Prepared For Each Task By Ajko Artur Kręcisz, Ul. Gen. Władysław Sikorskiego 6, 28-200 Staszów, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Include, Among Others: 1) Simplified Technical Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Bills Of Quantities. 3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, By The Date Of Completion Of The Works, Third Party Liability Insurance For The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 150,000.00. The Contractor Will Provide At Least 24 Months Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Including The Works Performed, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Contractor May Assume The Obligation Of An Extended Warranty And Guarantee Period Described In The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If Subcontracting Is Not Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Terms Specified In The Contract.
