Tenders are invited for Development of a Training Manual and Training of Trainers Package on Faith-Based Biodiversity Conservation in Cambodia Objectives The consultant or organisation will: 1. Conduct a rapid review of existing resources on faith and biodiversity conservation relevant to Cambodia and the region. 2. Conduct consultations with Danmission, authorities, partners, faith communities, and relevant stakeholders to gather their input on faith for biodiversity conservation in Cambodia. 3. Develop a training manual on faith-based biodiversity conservation that incorporates Buddhist and Kuy Indigenous perspectives, and integrate faith teachings, biodiversity stewardship, and community-based monitoring into the manual where relevant. 4. Develop a Training of Trainers (ToT) package, including facilitation guides, training agendas, exercises, case studies, and presentation materials. 5. Pilot-test the training materials with selected stakeholders and refine them based on feedback received. Scope The consultant or organisation will undertake the following tasks: Task 1: Inception and Resource Review & Consultation Review relevant literature, training materials, and faith teachings related to biodiversity conservation. Consult with Danmission and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and target audiences. Submit an inception report outlining the methodology, workplan, contents, and proposed training framework. 2 Task 2: Development of Training Manual Develop a user-friendly training manual in Khmer and English. Cover key topics including: faith-based biodiversity conservation that incorporates Buddhist and Kuy Indigenous perspectives, and integrate faith teachings, biodiversity stewardship, and community-based monitoring into the manual where relevant. Task 3: Development of ToT Package Prepare a complete ToT package including: o Facilitators guide; o Training agenda and session plans; o PowerPoint presentations; o Group exercises and participatory learning tools; o Handouts and reference materials; o Pre- and post-training assessment tools. Task 4: Validation and Pilot Testing Facilitate a validation workshop with Danmission, project partners, faith representatives, and selected stakeholders (approximately 25 participants).
