52-Bym-2026 - Electronic Locking System For Traffic Engineering Installations . Descriptionthe Procurement Includes The Replacement Of Existing Mechanical Locks, As Well As The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning Of A New And Complete Electronic Lock System, Including Lock Cylinders, Digital Keys And The Associated Administration System For Access Control. A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier For A Period Of Two Years, With The Option Of Extension For 1 + 1 Year, So That The Maximum Total Agreement Period Is Four Years. Product The Estimated Need For The Entire Framework Agreement Period Is 600–800 Lock Cylinders And 15–20 Keys. The Key Solution Can Either Be Based On Physical Keys Or Digital Access Via An App, Depending On The Solution Offered. The Client Plans To Make A First Call Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract. This Call Is Expected To Include The Replacement Of Approximately 200 Installations, Corresponding To Approximately 400 Locks. The Stated Volume Is An Estimate, And The Client Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Volume Within The Framework Of The Agreement If Budgetary Conditions, Capacity Or Progress Indicate This. Services Installation Of Cylinders Is Included In The Contract. The Service Agreement Is Not Included In The Contract. Operation Of Hardware (Cylinder And Keys) Is Included In The Operating Contract The City Environment Agency Has For Traffic Technical Installations (26-Bym-2025) And In Future Corresponding Agreements. The Software/Cloud Service For The Locking System The Acquisition Includes The License, Operation And Support Of The Software. The Contract Also Includes The Establishment Of The Locking System, Including Administrator Training, Building An Account And Access Structures In Collaboration With Bym.
