The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Ordering Partys Own Needs To Its Headquarters In An Amount Of Approximately 400 M3 In The Period From November 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028, I.E. Approximately 400 M3 Per Year, Meeting At Least Quality Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-En-590 Standard, Appropriate For A Given Season. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Contractor That It Will Order 400 M3 Of Oil. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Quantity Of Oil Purchased From The Contractor At 250 M3 Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Offered And Delivered Diesel Oil Must Be Compliant With The Currently Applicable Law As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers. If The Regulations Are Changed Or Replaced By Other Regulations, The Delivered Diesel Oil Must Always Meet The Requirements Arising From The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Delivery. The Offered And Delivered Diesel Oil Must Be Microbiologically Clean And Resistant Throughout The Year To Possible Microbiological Contamination In Tanks And Installations Of Gas Stations And Buses. The Additives Of The Diesel Fuel Offered And Delivered Must Be Compatible With All Approved Engine Oils Available On The Market. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered To Each Order Of The Ordering Party At Least Twice A Month, In An Amount Of Approximately 5 M3 At A Time, Within 3 Days Of Placing The Order. Each Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Considered Completed When Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party Sign The Appropriate Delivery And Acceptance Document Confirming The Completeness And Compliance Of The Delivered Diesel Oil With The Contractors Offer And After The Contractor Submits An Oil Quality Certificate. From Each Delivery, A Sample Of The Delivered Diesel Fuel Will Be Taken In The Presence Of The Contractors Driver And Placed In A Container Provided By The Contractor, Which Will Be Stored By The Ordering Party Until It Is Used Up. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Delivered Oil, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Analyze It In An Independent Laboratory, And In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Delivery Certificate, Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of This Analysis. The Difference In The Amount Of Delivered Diesel Fuel Specified In The Delivery Note And The Amount Accepted By The Ordering Party Cannot Be Greater Than 0.3%. Additional Responsibilities
