This Purchase Deals With The Modernization Works Of The Existing County Road Dj 595D, Which Runs Its Route In And Out Of Town, Over A Length Of 12,090 M (12.09 Km) And Ensures The Connection Between The Towns Of Moșnița Veche And Giroc, Respectively A New Connection With The Timișoara Bypass Variant (Vtm). The Execution Duration Of The Works Is 36 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Works By The Beneficiary, According To The Award Documentation. The Modernization Works Include The Following Types: A. Road Works - Modernization Of The County Road With One Traffic Lane In Each Direction; - Construction Of 10 Roundabouts - Bike Lanes - Sidewalks - Intersections With Roads And Side Streets; - Access To Properties; - Bus Stops; - Parking Lots; - Making Rainwater Collection And Drainage Devices; - Making The Floors; - Traffic Safety Elements; B. Railway Works The Works Required For The Modernization Of The Level Crossing With The Railway Cf 125 Timișoara - Buziaș, From Km 9+701.10: - The Installation Of Elastic Slabs At The Ends Of The Modernized Tn Elastic Slabs; - Connecting The External Tn Tiles With The Modernized Pavement; - Placement Of Parapets At The Border Between The Carriageway And Sidewalks; - The Location Of The Signaling Installation Of The Approach Of Trains Without Semi-Barriers Of The Sat Type; - The Relocation Of The Ttr Pole In The Area Of Km 8+607 On Which The Fo C Route Is Installed. Electrical Installation Works - Lighting Of Roundabouts D. Natural Gas Transport Works - Replacement Of The Natural Gas Distribution Network And The Branches Connected To These Networks, Which Supply The Existing Buildings On The Designed Dj 595D County Road Sector - Protection Of The Natural Gas Transport Pipelines Dn 200 Foieni - Timișoara I And Dn 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara Iii, According To The Project Protection Of Existing Natural Gas Transport Pipelines Dn 200 Foieni - Timișoara I And Dn 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara Iii, At The Intersection With Dj 595D, Moșnița Veche - Giroc, Timiș County E. Telecommunications Works - Construction Of An Underground Infrastructure Consisting Of Hdpe/Pvc Pipes And Communication Ducts For Securing Underground And Aerial Telecommunications Networks And Ensuring Connection To The Communications Network Of Future Subscribers. The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Project Developed By The Design Firm - Sc Iriconstruct Srl, And Of The Construction Authorization No. 7 Of 26.05.2026 Issued By The Timiș County Council. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account
