A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Tenderers Who Have Indicated That They Have Experience With Delivery And/Or Maintenance And Repair Of A Certain Type/Brand Of Product On Appendix 2 Product List And Whose Registration Complies With What Is Stated In These Tender Guidelines, The Framework Agreement And The Associated Appendices.
