Tents - Offer Of Framework Agreement Regarding Tent Service. The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement For The Rental Of Tent Services For Use At Events, Rehearsals And Events, Which Are Carried Out By The Ordering Party (The Framework Agreement). The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover Etks Ongoing Needs For The Rental Of Tents And Associated Facilities For The Establishments Of The Ministry Of Defense And Subordinate Authorities. The Framework Agreement Includes Delivery Of The Offered Service To The Ordering Partys Locations Throughout Denmark, Incl. Non-Bridge Fixed Islands. However, Only A Minor Need For The Delivery Of Services To Non-Bridge Fixed Islands Is Expected. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A 4-Year Period, And The Estimated Annual Value Amounts To Dkk 35,000,000, Excl. Vat – That Is, A Total Of Dkk 140,000,000 Excl. Vat The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Dkk 280,000,000, Excl. Vat The Framework Agreement Includes The Rental Of Tent Service Including The Following Services: • Tents For Events And Sanitary Facilities • Tents For Accommodation And Sanitary Facilities • Material (Individual Items), Including (Not Exhaustive): O Office And Residential Vans O Refrigeration And Freezer Containers For Food Storage O Technical Equipment (Fences, Lighting, Heating/Cooling, Power, Cables, Etc.) The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With Two Suppliers. Tasks That Are Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Are Awarded Directly On The Terms Set Out In The Framework Agreement, Including The Agreed Prices And Other Contract Terms. As A Starting Point, All Tasks Are Assigned To The 1St Priority Supplier. 2. The Priority Supplier Is Only Assigned A Task In The Sections Of The Framework Agreement. 8 Specified Situations.
