Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Framework Agreement For Study, Assistance And Advice Services To The Project Management In The Realization Of Road Infrastructure Projects, Development Of Public Spaces, Civil Engineering Works, Art And Building Structures. The Objective Of This Framework Agreement Is To Be Able To Support The Following Projects For The Nîmes Métropole Services: - The Creation And Development Of Infrastructure, Including In Particular: Relay Parking Lots, Multimodal Exchange Hubs, Carpooling Parking Lots, Bus Lanes, Brt Lanes, Road Developments, Soft Lanes; - The Creation Or Rehabilitation Of Light Equipment Including: Technical Premises, Shelters, Annex Buildings Not Requiring A Building Permit; - Operations Linked To Development And Land Use Planning, Including: Economic Activity Zones, Requalification Of Public Spaces, Urban And Intercommunal Developments, Environmental Or Landscape Projects; - Internal Infrastructure At Nîmes Métropole For Private Use; - Recycling Centers, Including Their Buildings And Ancillary Facilities Including: Technical Premises, Storage Areas, Internal Roads). - Technical Heritage Audits; - Carrying Out Landscaping. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On Its Notification Date And Ends After 24 Months. It May Be Renewed Once For A Period Of 24 Months. The Order Thresholds For Each Period Of The Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: No Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount Of 500,000 Euros Excluding Tax For Each Period. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. Candidates Must Present, In The Form Of A Multidisciplinary Team, Skills In The Following Subjects: - Assistance With Technical Project Management; - Environmental Assessment And Environmental Regulatory Procedures; - Landscape Studies; - Road And Public Space Development Studies; - Studies Of Civil Engineering And Building Structures; - Studies Of Sanitation Networks; - Hydraulic Studies And Associated Modeling; - Traffic Studies, Road Counts And Traffic Simulations; - Diagnosis And Expertise Of Works Of Art And Civil Engineering; - Technical Diagnosis And Audit Of Buildings; - Analysis Of Study Documents And Execution Documents; - Creation And Monitoring Of Regulatory Files (Impact Studies, Water Law Files, Permits, Environmental Procedures, Etc.). This List Is Not Exhaustive; Candidates Will Be Able To Enlist The Services Of Any Additional Skills That They Deem Useful For Carrying Out The Project. In This Case, The Elements To Be Provided In The Application Must Also Be Provided Under This Skill.
