Portering Services – Re-Tendering Framework Agreement On Ad Hoc Property Services. In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For Ad Hoc Real Estate Services. The Offer Includes The Following Task Categories: Green Services: Gardening Services, Such As Weeding Beds, Mowing Grass, Pruning And Felling Hedges And Trees. Cleaning: Collection Of Rubbish, Removal And Disposal Of Large Quantities Of Waste, Sweeping, Graffiti Cleaning, Cleaning Up Of Objects On The Site, Collection Of Needles And Clearing Of Housing Camps (Including Private Property, Waste And Sanitary Waste). Storage Options: When Clearing Housing Camps Must Be Able To Store The Cleared Items For Up To Three Months. The Storage Must Be Secure And Lockable, So That The Owner Can Collect His Items By Agreement. Maintenance And Repairs: Maintenance And Minor Repair Tasks That Can Be Carried Out By Unskilled Workers, Caretakers Or Landscapers, E.G. Setting Up Small Tile Areas, Adjusting And Lubricating Locks And Door Pumps, Supervision Of Technical Installations, Fence Work And Minor Asphalt Work. Supervision And Cleaning: Supervision Of Properties And Empty Plots For A Limited Period, Including Cleaning Of The Address And Possible Installation Of Construction Site Fences Or Barriers. The Above Tasks In Each Category Are Not Exhaustive, Which Is Why The Supplier May Be Asked To Solve Other Similar Tasks Within The Same Categories.
