Paving And Asphalting Works - Improvement Of Interblock Space Upi I‐1557; 1558; 1559; 1560; 3569; 4010, Quarter 89, Karnobat (Str. Hristo Smirnenski). The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Improvement Of The Space Enclosed Between The Residential Blocks In The Regulated Land Properties Of Quarter 89 According To The Plan Of The City Of Karnobat. With The Implementation Of The Project, The Aim Is To Improve The Inter-Block Space, Locked Between The Streets, And In Addition To Replacing The Existing Pavement, It Is Also Planned To Build New Drainage Grids And Drains, Landscaping Of The Green Spaces, Construction Of Sidewalks, Pedestrian Walkways And Optimization Of The Space Of The Existing Parking Lots. Lighting Fixtures And Video Surveillance Are Provided. Situationally, The Space Has Been Decided As A Parking Lot In Several Designated Areas, Part Of The Parking Spaces Are Intended For People With Disabilities - A Total Of 4 Single Spaces For 4 Cars. The Total Number Of Parking Spaces Is 81. Perpendicular Parking Spaces Are Provided, While There Are A Few Parallel Ones, And They Are Mainly Spaces At An Angle Of 60 Degrees And 50 Degrees. Maneuvering Distances Have Been Taken Into Account, And Space Has Been Left To Use The Existing Garages. There Are Sidewalks And Green Areas Around The Residential Buildings. The Slopes Of The Pedestrian Spaces Are Designed So That The Water Drains To The Green Areas Or To The Parking Lot, Where It Is Caught By Drainage Grids. The Area For The Parking Lots And The Streets Is Paved With Asphalt Concrete, Sized For The Respective Purposes. It Is Planned To Preserve The Contour Of The Pedestrian Walkways For Access To The Entrances Of The Residential Buildings And The Walkways Around The Buildings Themselves And The Laying Of A New Pavement With Vibro-Pressed Plates 40/40/4 Cm. The Remaining Areas Are Reserved For Landscaping. The Parking Spaces Are Organized So That The Existing Tree Vegetation On The Property Is Preserved To The Maximum Extent. Projects Have Been Developed In The Following Specialties: Architectural, Park Planning And Improvement, Water And Sewerage, Road, Traffic Management, Electrical, Video Surveillance, Geodesy, Pb, Pbz And Puso. Building Permit No. 17/26.02.2024 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of Karnobat Municipality, Which Has Entered Into Legal Force. The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Territorial Planning Law, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Provisions Of The Approved Investment Projects. The Types And Quantities Of Cmp Are Specified In The Technical Specification. As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Financing Has Been Secured, In View Of Which The Contract Will Be Concluded Under A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
