In This Technical Description, Which Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents, The Mandatory Technical Requirements Of Articulated, Low-Floor, Diesel-Powered Urban Passenger Buses Are Defined. If Any Part Of This Technical Description Contains A Reference To A Thing, Process, Activity, Person, Patent Or Trademark Of A Specific Make, Origin, Type, This Designation Was Made Only For The Purpose Of Clearly Defining The Nature Of The Object, And The Technical Requirements Are Met By The Bidders With The Equivalent Thing, Process, Activity, Etc. May Also Be Suitable. The Lease Is 24 Months, Which Can Be Extended By 12 Months. The Bidder Acknowledges That The Bidder Plans To Operate The Vehicles At A Mileage Interval Of 4,000 Km/Vehicle/Month +/- 25%. A Copy Of The Document Used To Verify The Age Of The Buses (E.G. Traffic License) Must Be Submitted When Bidding. The Condition For Entering Into A Contract Is That The Individual Production Time Of The Vehicles Is 2016 Or Later.
