The Work Tools And Work Practices Developed Through Content Production Are Published In The Kielibuusti.Fi Service, The Technical Development Of Which Is Carried Out With A Separate Agreement. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Implementation Of Different Areas Of The Project Cannot Be Done By Different Suppliers In Such A Way That The Procurement Would Be Divided Into Parts, Because The Different Areas Form A Solid Entity. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Supplier. The Project Must Have One Supplier And The Supplier Can Use Subcontractors.
