The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is To Select A Mobile Service Provider Operating With A Cost-Effective Tariff System For The Contracting Authority, Which Continuously And Contractually Provides The Contracting Authority With The Mobile Services With The Parameters Described Below Necessary For Its Operation. The Tenderer Wishes To Use A Uniform Mobile Service According To The Contractual Conditions, Including Mobile Voice And Data Services And Direct Pbx Connection. Technology The Bidder Requests The Offer For Traditional Lte And Optionally 5G (4G And 5G) Based Services. In The Documents Of The Public Procurement Procedure, The Services Included In The Contract Must Work Domestically And Abroad (In International Networks Within The Eu And Outside The Eu) With The Help Of Roaming. In The Case Of 4G And 5G, Hd Voice Service Must Be Provided. If The Service Provider Makes It Possible, An E-Sim Card Should Be Available In Compatible Mobile Phones. Coverage The Bidder Must Ensure Nationwide Outdoor And Indoor Coverage Above And Below Ground For Voice (4G Or Optionally 5G) And Data Services (4G And Optionally 5G), As Well As The Appropriate Capacity Nationwide.
