1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment System In Jasionówka In The Design And Build Formula. 2. In The Scope Of Construction Works, It Is Planned To Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Renovation Of The Sewage Network And Infrastructure, Together With The Development Of The Necessary Technical Documentation And Obtaining Appropriate Decisions And Permits, If Required By Law. 3. The Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works Includes Replacing The Pumping Station Equipment In The Form Of Steel Fittings And Pumps, As Well As Cleaning And Washing The Pumping Station, Building A New Fence And Hardening The Area Around The Pumping Station. Additionally, Each Pumping Station Should Be Equipped With A Monitoring System Adapted To The Requirements Of The Sewage Infrastructure User. All Facilities Must Be Adapted For Use Taking Into Account Applicable Technical Conditions And Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Terms Of The Agreement, The Following Construction Works Should Be Performed: 1) Preparatory And Auxiliary Works Involving Development Of The Construction Site: A) Preparation Of Construction Facilities;B) Securing The Necessary Utilities For The Purposes Of Construction And Assembly Works;C) Preparation Of Temporary Fences;D) Protection Of Devices In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Requirements. 2) Construction Of Sanitary Networks And Installations, Including: A) To The Extent Necessary, Networks And Technological Installations Functionally Related To The Operation And Operation Of The Pumping Station;B) Renovation Of The Sewage Section Between The Pumping Stations Using The Cracking Method;C) Delivery Of A Portable Linear Tripod With A Load Capacity Of Not Less Than 300 Kg With A Chain Attachment For Carrying Out Operational Work At Individual Pumping Stations.3) Construction Of Electrical And Instrumentation Installations: A) Installation Of Power Supply For Individual Devices Included In Individual Pumping Stations, B) Lightning Protection Installation Of The Power System, C) Delivery Of A Visualization System For The Operation Of Pumping Stations Adapted To The Requirements Of The Network And Infrastructure Operator Sewerage.4) Construction And Finishing Works: A) Construction Of Fencing And Hardening Of The Area Within The Pumping Stations Covered By The Scope Of This Fup. 4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 60 Months Warranty For The Completed Task. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
