The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Thermal Modernization Works On An Active Facility In The Scope Of, Among Others: - Insulating The External Walls Of Buildings Using The Light-Wet Method Using The Mineral Technology Along With The Colors - 10 Cm Of The Insulation Layer, - Removing A Fragment Of The Concrete Surface Around The Building Enabling Thermal Modernization Works On The Underground Part Of The Building, - Insulating The Basement Floor Under The Ground Using The Light-Wet Method Using The Mineral Technology - 12 Cm Of Styrofoam, Cleaning The Bricks. Facade On The Ground Floor Of The Building, - Making A Band Around The Building With The Edges And Paving Stone Surface, - Dismantling A Fragment Of The Firewall Wall And Making A New Wreath On The Firewall Wall Along With New Sheet Metal Flashing, - Making New Sheet Metal Flashings After Installing A Layer Of Thermal Insulation, - Replacing Window Sills With Ceramic Window Sills, Replacing The External Cladding Of The Roof Over The Entrances To The Basement Part Of The Building, - Replacing Gutters And Pipes Drains, - Replacing Joinery, - Painting The Facade, - Installing Air Conditioning, - Modernizing The Central Heating. - Refreshing The Colors Of Internal Walls And Ceilings In All Rooms Of The Facility.2. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Order And Obtain An Ornithological And/Or Chiropterological Expertise. In The Case Of Recommendations Arising From The Above-Mentioned Expert Opinion, The Contractor Will Provide Ornithological And/Or Chiropterological Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works And Will Perform The Resulting Works. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On The Premises Of An Active Facility Of The Municipal Guard In Legnica, Therefore The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Only On The Ordering Partys Working Days (Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays) During The Working Hours Of The Municipal Guard, I.E. From 07:00 To 15:00. The Presence Of The Contractors Employees On The Premises Outside The Indicated Hours Requires Each Time The Users Prior Consent Expressed In Writing Or In A Document. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Work In A Way That Does Not Disrupt The Normal Functioning Of The Unit, While Maintaining Special Precautions And Health And Safety Regulations. The Contractor Must Take Into Account Such Solutions For The Organization Of Works As To Minimize Factors Disturbing The Current Functioning Of The Unit. *The Scope Of Work And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include: Documentation - Chapter 4 Of The Swz And Draft Contract - Chapter 3 Of The Swz.
