The Subject Of This Order Is The Repair And Maintenance Of Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads To Prevent Them From Further Degradation And Destruction. The Scope Of The Repair Includes The Delivery Of 1,800 T Of Crushed Aggregate 0, 31, 5 Or 0/63 Interchangeably, Depending On Needs, Along With The Installation And Mechanical Compaction Of The Embedded Aggregate In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party On Forest Roads Within The Territorial Scope Of The Gidle Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Cleaning The Culvert With A Diameter Of 0.8 M Of Silt And Desilting The Ditches On Both Sides Of The Culvert To A Distance Of 10 M From The Culvert At The Inflow And Outflow, Repairing The Inlet And Outlet (Abutments) Prefabricated On The Culvert And Stabilizing Them. This Order Is Covered By The Option Right, Which Allows The Ordering Party To Order An Additional Scope Of Works, Including The Repair And Maintenance Of Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads, In Order To Prevent Their Further Degradation And Destruction. The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is 30% Of The Scope Of The Basic Order, I.E. A Maximum Of 540 Tons Of Aggregate Together With Its Transport, Installation And Performance Of Other Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. Exercising The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party And Depends On Its Current Needs And The Availability Of Financial Resources. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Full, In Part Or Not At All. The Option Right Will Be Activated On The Basis Of A Written Declaration Of The Ordering Party Addressed To The Contractor, Specifying In Particular The Scope Of The Works, Their Location And The Deadline For Their Implementation. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right During The Term Of The Contract, On The Terms Specified In The Contract And The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim To Order Works Covered By The Option Right If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise This Right In Whole Or In Part.3) This Order Includes The Possibility Of Awarding The Existing Contractor With An Order Consisting In Repeating Similar Construction Works, Including The Repair And Maintenance Of Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads, In Order To Prevent Their Further Degradation And Destruction. The Maximum Scope Of The Supplementary Order Is 50% Of The Scope Of The Basic Order, I.E. A Maximum Of 900 Tons Of Aggregate Together With Its Transport, Installation And Performance Of Other Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Supplementary Order May Be Awarded To The Existing Contractor Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Order, In Single-Source Mode, Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That The Conditions Specified In This Provision Are Met.
