The Object Of The Procurement Is The Planning, Implementation And Reporting Of Condition Surveys Of Three Regulatory Dams. The Aim Of The Condition Surveys Is To Determine The Structural Condition Of The Dams, Possible Damage And Repair Needs, And To Provide The Customer With An Overall Picture Of The Current State Of The Sites To Support The Planning Of Further Measures. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three (3) Separate Areas, Each Of Which Forms Its Own Separate Contract:• Section 1: Condition Survey Of The Kuotesjärvi Control Dam (Alavus) • Section 2: Condition Survey Of The Varpula Control Dam (Seinäjoki)• Section 3: Condition Survey Of The Niska Regulatory Dam (Lappajärvi) The Condition Survey Of Each Site Must Include All The Work, Personnel, Equipment, Lifting, Transportation, Diving And Research Equipment, Sampling, Laboratory Tests And Other Costs And Measures Necessary To Carry Out The Assignment, So That The Condition Surveys And Reporting Can Be Fully Completed In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Tenderer Can Submit A Bid For One (1), Two (2) Or All Three (3) To The Subdivision. The Offers Are Evaluated By Sub-Area, And The Same Bidder Can Be Selected As The Supplier Of One, Several Or All Sub-Areas. The Customer Reserves The Right To Accept The Offers By Sub-Area In Accordance With The Comparison Criteria Presented In The Procurement Documents. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Negotiate All Commercial And Technical Terms, If The Procuring Entitys Conditions, Needs Or Planning Criteria Change During The Procurement Process. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Reject Any Offer Or Not To Make A Procurement Decision For An Individual Area On The Grounds Permitted By Public Procurement Legislation And Jurisprudence.
