Security Services – Providing Personal Protection And Property Protection Services, Including: Against Theft, Burglary, Robbery And Devastation Of Facilities: Research And Teaching Station In Swojczyce.. 1. Order Type: Service. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Protection Services For Persons And Property Of The Research And Teaching Station In Swojczyce. 3. The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Permanent Direct Physical Protection Of The Stations Premises And Facilities, 2) One 24-Hour Checkpoint, 3) Monitoring, 4) Rounds, 5) Access Control, 6) Responding To Alarms And 7) Support For An Armed Motorized Intervention Group; 8) Provision Of Additional Services Launched Under The Option Law, Including Increasing Staffing, Launching Additional Posts Or Patrols. 4. Place Of Implementation: Research And Teaching Station In Swojczyce, Ul. Wschodnia 68, 51-513 Wrocław, Along With The Facilities Listed In The Opz. A Detailed Description Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 5. The Maximum Scope Of The Order Is 20,148 Man-Hours, Including: • Basic Period (365 Days) - A Maximum Of 8,760 Man-Hours Of The Basic Scope And A Maximum Of 1,314 Man-Hours Of The Option Right; • Renewal Period (365 Days) – A Maximum Of 8,760 Man-Hours Of The Basic Scope And A Maximum Of 1,314 Man-Hours Of The Option Right. 6. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Order Of At Least 7,000 Man-Hours In The Basic Period, And After The Effective Start Of The Resumption - At Least 7,000 Man-Hours In The Resumption Period. Ordering The Remaining Part Of The Maximum Scope Of A Given Period And Exercising The Option Right Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 7. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: Days And Hours Of Service Provision, Scope Of Activities, Requirements For Staff And The Intervention Group, Rules Of Control And Settlement Are Specified In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 8. Detailed Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of Services And The Contractors Liability Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including Permanent Security Of The Station Complex, 24-Hour Staffing Of The Station, Celebrations, Electronic Control Of Celebrations And 24-Hour Readiness Of The Intervention Group, In Accordance With Opz. 10. All Facilities Covered By The Order Are Protected By One 24-Hour Guard Post Located In The S-12 Building And Rounds Are Carried Out By An Employee Manning The Guard Post. Carrying Out Rounds Does Not Result In The Obligation To Provide An Additional Employee Remaining In The Post Premises, Unless Additional Staff Are Ordered Under The Option Law. 11. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Complete, And Its Content Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Order Execution Method With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes, Procedures Applicable At The Facilities And Instructions
