Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Offer Of Total Consultancy For Future-Proofing Project In Department 62. The Client Is Boligforeningen Aab, Department 62, Hereafter Referred To As Aab. Aab Wants To Complete A Complete Renovation Of Department 62, Located Tovværkgade 5 B, 2300 Copenhagen S. The Property Was Built In 1880 As A Warehouse And Was Later Converted Into Youth Housing. The Department Consists Of 32 Tenancies Spread Over Two Floors. This Tender Includes Total Advice In Connection With The Renovation. The Project Includes, Among Other Things, Replacement Of Windows And Balcony Doors, Replacement Of Roof, Renovation Of Facade, Modernization Of Bathrooms, Replacement Of Kitchenettes, Establishment/Establishment Of Balanced Ventilation, Replacement Of Central Heating As Well As Water And Drainage Installations And Environmental Registration And Remediation. In Addition, The Establishment Of A New Roof-Integrated Pv System Is Included. The Total Consultant Must Handle The Overall Consultancy, Including Project Planning, Interdisciplinary Coordination, Budgeting And Budget Follow-Up, Tendering Of The Contract Works As Well As Consultancy In Connection With The Execution. The Project Is Divided Into Phases. After Drawing Up The Building Programme, The General Consultant Must Prepare An Updated Construction Budget, Which Is Compared With The Construction Budget Approved By The Department. The Projects Continuation To Subsequent Phases Is Subject To Aabs Approval If The Updated Construction Budget Exceeds The Approved Financial Framework. Correspondingly, After Tendering, The General Consultant Must Assess The Contract Offers Received In Relation To The Approved Construction Budget And, If Necessary, Prepare Proposals For Savings, Prioritization Or Project Changes.
