Railway Engineering Services – Assistance To Railway Technical Project Management Of The Spl Grand Est Infrastructures As Part Of The Takeover Of Management And Regeneration Of The Infrastructure On Behalf Of The Grand Est Region. This Involves Technically Supporting Spl Grand Est Infrastructures (Spl Gei) In The Management Of The Railway Infrastructure Transferred To It, Covering The Entire Heritage: Regeneration, Creation And Modification Of Installations, Engineering Structures, Earthworks, Hydraulic Structures, Railways, Signaling, Level Crossings, Electrical Installations, Stations And Stops, Maintenance And Storage Sites, Interfaces With Railway Operations And Maintenance. The Mission Combines One-Off Expertise On The One Hand, And Complete Support For Operations (Dce, Act, Det, Visa, Aor, Gpa) Carried Out By Subsequent Contracts On The Other Hand. The Duration Of The Contract Is 4 Years Firm And Renewable Twice For A Period Of 1 Year, Or 6 Years In Total. The Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts With No Minimum And A Maximum Of 8,150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract, Renewals Included.
