Motorcycles, Bicycles And Sidecars – Bicycle Leasing Framework Contract. Skeyes Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Leasing Company That Offers Employees The Opportunity To Conclude An Individual Bicycle Lease Agreement According To The Principles Of (Gross) Wage Exchange. The Number Of Lease Bicycles To Be Delivered Will Depend On The Success Of This Option Among Employees. The Size Of This Assignment Is Estimated At 300 Bicycles Over The Total Duration Of The Assignment (Purely Indicative). Skeyes Strives To Keep The Administrative Burden To A Minimum, Both For Itself And For Employees Who Wish To Use The Bicycle Leasing System. Skeyes Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor. The Framework Agreement Will Have An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years (Extendable By One (1) Year). During This Period, Employees Will Be Able To Order A Bicycle Through The Framework Agreement. The Term Of The Lease May Exceed The Term Of The Framework Agreement. This Concerns A Framework Agreement In Which The Terms And Conditions Are Agreed For The Services That Must Be Complied With When Carrying Out The Partial Assignments (The Individual Agreements For The Employees). The Leasing Company Does Not Enjoy Exclusivity And Skeyes Has No Purchase Obligation Nor Any Volume Obligation. The Term Of The Individual Lease Agreements Is Flexible, With A Maximum Of Thirty-Six (36) Months. Skeyes Wishes To Offer Its Employees A Complete And High-Quality Range Of Bicycles. To This End, The Framework Agreement Includes The Following Types Of Bicycles: • Classic Electric Bicycle • Electric Cargo Bike • Folding Electric Bicycle • Speed Pedelec • Classic Non-Electric Bicycle • Non-Electric Mountain Bike • Electric Mountain Bike • Non-Electric Racing Bicycle • Electric Racing Bicycle • Gravel Bike (Gravel Bicycle)
