The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Renewal Of Support For Web Application Firewalls And Load Balancers Manufactured By F5, Inc., Which Are Implemented In The Environment Of The Financial Administration Of The Czech Republic. The Current State Of The F5 Device Is Described In Appendix No. 4 Zd – Current State Of The F5 Device. Within The Scope Of The Vz, The Supplier Will Provide Manufacturer Support For All Hw And Sw Parts Of The F5 Device, At Least To The Following Extent: A) Provision Of Free Online Access And Authorization To Use The Current Version Of The Sw Part Of The F5 Device, I.E. Provision Of Upgrades And Correction Versions Of The Sw Part Of The F5 Device, Including Access To The Knowledge Base, Documentation And New Sw Versions In 24/7 Mode; B) Troubleshooting Of F5 Equipment In 24/7 Mode, In Accordance With The Conditions Stated In Appendix No. 1 Zd – Draft Contract, Further With Appendix No. 5 Zd – Suppliers Price Offer.
