Candidates Are Required To Make A Proposal For The Following Possible Additional Services No. 1 And No. 2: - Pse No. 1: Warranty Extension - Pse No. 2: Additional Maintenance Service - Pse No. 3: Recovery Of The Crusher Pse No. 1 And No. 2 Are Mandatory And Will Be Included In The Analysis Of The Offers. The Absence Of These Services In The Candidates Offer Will Make It Irregular And Require Its Rejection. The Contracting Authority Will Then Decide Whether To Retain Them Or Not, During The Analysis Of The Offers. However, Pse No. 3 Is Not Mandatory, It Will Therefore Not Be Analyzed. The Contracting Authority Will Also Decide During The Analysis Of The Offers Whether To Accept It Or Not, If It Is Proposed By The Candidate. Maximum Turnaround Time Is 6 Months. The Performance Of The Services Begins From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. The Amount Of The Advance Is Set At 12.84% Of The Initial Amount. No Financial Guarantee Will Be Requested From The Holder For Payment Of The Advance. A Security Holdback Of 5.00% Of The Initial Contract Amount (Increased Where Applicable By The Amount Of Amendments) Will Be Established. The Services Will Be Covered By A 2-Year Guarantee Starting From The Date Of Notification Of The Admission Decision. The Start Date Of The Services Indicated In This Contract Notice Is Only Provisional.
