With The Current Local Plan Proposal, It Is Expected That Approx. 350,000 Square Meters Of Housing, Service Businesses And Public Functions As Well As Approx. 50,000 Square Meters Of Parking Spread Over Two Parking Garages At Levantkaj. The Local Plan Will Also Enable The Construction Of An Elevated Metro Line, A New Metro Station As Well As Pedestrian And Bicycle Connections That Connect With The Overall Connections In Nordhavn. The Consultants Service Relates To Advice On, As A Starting Point, Approx. 6,000 – 7,000 M2 Of Retail And Audience-Oriented Functions On The Ground Floors - Which Is The Area That The Joint Venture Will Own And Let Out - And Does Not Include Assistance With The Sale Or Development Of Other Housing Rights Or Other Properties On Levantkaj.
