Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Laptop / Notebook Computers. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidder from the Accountant (Supply), Supply Division, at the address given below on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 05.10.2026 on submission of a written request and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Sri Lanka Rupees 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Rupees only). The method of payment will be in the form of cash, to the Inland Revenue Department. All Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 06.10.2026 at 1.00 p.m. Bids will be closed on 06.10.2026 at 1.00 p.m. and will be opened immediately afterwards. All bids must be accompanied by bid Security of Rs. 375,000.00 and it shall be in favor of Commissioner General of Inland Revenue, Inland Revenue Department, issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka. Paid in cash or bank draft to Commissioner General, Inland Revenue Department are also acceptable in lieu of bid security. Late bids will be rejected.
