Tax Consultancy Services – Open Procedure For Obtaining External Tax Advice For The Center For Safe Sport E.V. (Zfss). With The Center For Safe Sport (Zfss), An Independent Institution For The Prevention, Intervention And Treatment Of Interpersonal Violence In German Sport Is Being Created In Kassel For The First Time. As A Central Nationwide Institution, The Zfss Is Intended To Promote Safe And Non-Violent Sport And Strengthen Effective Protective Structures In German Sport. The Task Of The Zfss Is To Investigate And Sanction Incidents Of Psychological, Physical And Sexual Violence In Elite Sport - Even Below The Criminal Liability Threshold - Independently Of Existing Sports Structures And On The Basis Of Uniform Procedural Standards. This Offer Will Gradually Be Expanded To Include Other Areas Of Organized Sport. In Addition, The Zfss Will In Future Also Bundle Tasks In The Areas Of Prevention, Intervention And Processing, Develop Standards And Certifications For Safe Sport And Strengthen The Cooperation Between Relevant Actors From Sport, Science, Politics And Civil Society. The Zfss Was Founded In July 2026 On The Basis Of A Joint Resolution By The Federal And State Governments In The Legal Form Of A Non-Profit Association And Is Currently Being Set Up Before It Goes Into Regular Operation In Mid-2027 And The First Cases Can Be Investigated. With The Inflow Of The First Financial Resources And The Occurrence Of The First Financial And Tax-Relevant Tasks From October 2026, The Services Described In The Service Description (Procurement Document B1) Will Be Awarded To An External Service Provider. The Contract Begins When The Contract Is Awarded (Probably At The End Of October 2026) And Ends After 24 Months Without The Need For Termination (Basic Contract Term). The Client Has The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By 12 Months Each Time (Extension Option), So That The Contract Has A Maximum Term Of 48 Months. The Client Must Exercise The Extension Option In A Timely Manner, But At The Latest Three Months Before The End Of The Respective Term By Email (In Text Form). The Contractor Has No Right To Exercise One Or More Extension Options.
