1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of 70 Household Sewage Treatment Plants In The Igołomia - Wawrzeńczyce Commune. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants With Sanitary Sewage Connections From The Building, Discharge Of Treated Sewage Into The Ground, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Commissioning. The Type Of The Designed And Constructed Facility Should Be Selected Appropriately To The Prevailing Soil And Water Conditions, Soil Class And Terrain Slope, Taking Into Account Each Location Individually. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program For The Task Titled Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Commune (Pfu) (Appendix No. 10 To Swz). 3. Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Full Investment Process, Which Includes: • Carrying Out Geotechnical And Hydrogeological Tests In The Place Of The Planned Location Of Each Reactor And Infiltration Devices (Minimum 1 Borehole In The Axis Of The Filtration Tunnels). • Preparing Complete Design Documentation, Including Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Zud Approvals, And Water Law Notifications On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (Pursuant To Article 394(1)(13) Of The Water Law). And Notifications Of Construction Works (Article 29(1)(5) Of The Construction Law).• Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 70 Complete, Brand New Biological Sewage Treatment Plants, Including Raw Or Purified Sewage Pumping Stations (If They Result From The Elevation Profile Of The Plot).• Ensuring Sampling And Performance Of Accredited Tests Of Treated Sewage For 10% Of The Completed Facilities (Minimum 17 Samples) Within 90 Days Of Final Acceptance, Confirming The Achievement Of Required Reduction Parameters.• Conducting Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works And Preparing Full As-Built Documentation Along With A Surveying Inventory.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Obtain All Necessary Consents, Build And Equip The Point In Accordance With The Ffu Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
